Hand therapy is a specialized form of rehabilitation focused on the treatment of conditions affecting the fingers, hands, wrists and elbows. Whether you're recovering from surgery, bone, ligament or tendon injury, or managing a chronic condition like arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, hand therapy helps restore function, reduce pain, and improve strength and mobility, as well as prevent deformity.

Our Occupational Therapist - Practitioner of Hand Therapy works closely with each patient to create personalized treatment plans, using a combination of splint fabrication, manual therapy, exercises, dry needling, wax baths and advanced techniques to support recovery and return to daily activities.
